Difficulty level and why: Almost medium. We could not put as many on a tray as we normally would so baking took longer. They also have to chill for two hours. We lasted an hour before putting them in the oven.
What the family thought: The filling did not do much for me but make it sticky. The cookies may be better without the filling
What the consultant thought: It was nutty
