Difficulty level and why: Not bad. The dough is sticky and rolling it in powdered sugar was messy. Pretty straight forward recipe. Cook time was longer than stated. We cooked for 14 minutes.
What the family thought: They we re good. Cool Man thinks anything with lemon is the best. They were a little gooey for the parents but were much better the second day.
What the consultant thought: They were really good
